ABOUT US

A family owned and operated business since 1975, O'Sullivan Flooring provides top quality services at competitive prices. We develop long term relationships with our clients and have a reputation for excellent products and customer service.


We have installed over 100 gymnasium floors throughout New England since 2002, and over 1,000 since our founding over 40 years ago. We have sanded and refinished over 400 gymnasiums since 2002. Our principals bring over 100 years of construction expertise to our clients.

We belong to the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA) which is the governing body for the installation and maintenance of gym floors nationwide. We are members of the Accredited Installers Program at the MFMA and have been selected by Action Floor Systems LLC as an authorized dealer throughout New England. We have bonding capacity up to $500,000 for each individual job and are fully insured.

We work with a range of educational institutions, including public school systems, private schools, and colleges / universities.

Our special projects group has completed jobs with the Boston Celtics, Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University, and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The school libraries at Boston College and The Groton School, the City Council Chambers in West Warwick, RI and the Rochester, NH Opera House are show piece jobs completed over the years. Our major nonprofit customers are the Greater Boston YMCA and the Greater Boston Boys & Girls Clubs.
